There is a 4 step process to Business Alchemy.
First: Find your eCenter . Figure out what your business model is going to be. Create multiple sources of passive income. Better leverage your time so you’re making thousands per hour instead of just hundreds per hour.
But, that’s not the only step. In fact, that’s the secret of successful business owners. You never just sit back and rest on your laurels. There is more to this!
STEP TWO; Figure out your strategies. These are your broad brush ideas. For example: start a blog and monetize it. Tactics: Get a blog platform. Drive traffic. (And there will likely be a dozen or more ideas for that) Find links that provide the highest revenue potential. In other words, the marketing needs to be in line with your audience.
STEP THREE: Measurement. What worked? What didn’t? If you’re not making money - why? The sales process is always the same no matter whether you have a service business, professional practice, Internet business or corner coffee house. People need to see you. They’re the window shoppers. Turn the window shoppers into prospects. And the prospects into customers. And then once they are in the sales process, keep them happy, buying more and referring their friends. Repeat.
STEP FOUR: Analyze. Hopefully you set goals: For example, you might say, “I want to be seen by 100,000 people month and I want 20% of them to convert into prospects.” (Jorge would shudder at that stat. He shoots for 50% conversion on his campaigns) Then work the prospects and turn them into customers. What is the price point? What do they want? What do they want less of? What do they want more of?
If your business isn’t where you want it to be, where do you want change?
