I Still Love Real Estate

Blog

I’ve been blogging pretty heavily about business, business assets you didn’t know you had, building business funnels, and other things related to building businesses.  If you didn’t know me, you might think that I hate real estate investing.  Real estate is how my husband Richard & I made most of our money.  It’s how we continue to hold a lot of our assets.   Yes, I still love real estate.

I think you can make a lot of money in real estate, especially right now and if (and this is a VERY important IF) you make sure you’re getting good advice and are following the new rules about creative real estate investing.

To be honest, I want to try something new.  I’m excited to take business assets I’m not using and make better use of them.  I want to try out outsourcing and figure out what is easier, and what is harder, when your programmer is 4000 miles away and half the cost and half the time.

If your path to riches is through real estate, that’s great! Make sure you check out TaxLoopholes.com, my tax education website, for strategies on keeping more of what you make. You don’t want to pay
