Yesterday I told you about the niche I discovered by looking at magazines for specialized businesses.
The second “undiscovered niche” was found by doing Google Searches. Actually, this is an idea I got from MJ at the www.TheFastLaneToMillions.com forum. If he thinks he’s got a possible niche, he does a search on key words and sees how many paid advertisements there are. If it’s less than 5, he knows he’s got a winner. He builds a good content website that sells and then buys ads that point to his website. MJ makes millions (literally) from his websites, so I pay attention to his advice.
So, I’ve been coming up with various searches and stumbled on one last week that had ZERO paid advertisements. I couldn’t believe it! It’s something right in line with what I do and I can create a product in about a month that will fit this market perfectly. Of course, it could be no one cares and that’s why there are no paid sponsors, but I think it’s just one of those areas that everyone else forgot about. I’ve bought a domain name and am busily creating a product. I’m not sure exactly what the website for this one will look like. I think I need more content. It will be a bigger range of people and more of them, but I think they all need my product…(specific tax and accounting advice for their niche) and NO ONE else has done it (yet).
I’ll keep you posted. I’ve got high hopes for this new website. I think we’ll have it up in a month.
