The analytical part of me loves the Landing Page game for making money.  The TrustSandwich(tm) campaign at www.TrustSandwich.com has been successful for views, downloads, and “send me more info” conversions.  BUT we were getting 3′ to the goal line and not taking the ball over.

We have over 500 people who needed a TS NOW, but only a handful actually made the final move.  My husband Richard pulled back the sales closing process on Friday and started making phone calls to find out why people hadn’t moved forward.  The answer was right out of Closing 101 - the forms were too confusing.

There were also some other issues, like only one person trying to answer 500 people on the phone and being overwhelmed.  So, we’re working on expectations for that as well.

It’s funny how little things can create such huge unintended results.  Change those and results change.  

I’ll keep you posted on the progress.

    Ooops! or maybe Aaagh!

    I requested and need a TS. Now you have me looking in my piles. Maybe my wife is right when she says I need to be more organized.

    I’ll get it in this week or maybe before the seminar.
