To earn one dollar minimum per website (can it be done??).  Then wash, rinse, repeat (replicate that success) on to $1,000,000?
Do I sound a little unsure or skeptical?  Well, yeah!  Diane can see it.  I’m still trying to wrap my head around this idea.

Why are you taking this challenge?

Mastering e-business is like climbing Mt. Everest.  It’s a formidable intellectual endeavor.  It’s an honest-to-goodness adventure in learning.
In Missouri they say, “Show me.”  Can someone besides internet gurus make money online?  I want to find out for myself if this can be accomplished.

If anyone can do it, it’s Diane Kennedy.  The woman is a whirlwind typhoon of energy, creativity, and ideas.
Wealth-building as a team sport offers the opportunity for people to gather together in synergy, learning faster than we would on our own.
This is a totally different approach to the normal competitive, secretive business mentality.

It won’t be easy.  The betas are successful professionals with significant existing demands on their time. Because of that, the attrition rate may be extremely high.     
The timeline is in itself challenging (two years to both learn and execute a winning formula). There will be plenty of flat tires and getting-stuck-in-a-ditch lessons along the way. 
Can we beat the timeline? I can’t wait to find out.   

What strategies do you have to hit your goal?

My initial plan includes:

• Multiple sites
• Multiple products
• Affiliate marketing
• Adsense (advertising revenue)
• Using an online presence to market existing assets to a greater audience

What would happen in the next two years that would exceed all of your expectations?

I like to learn and do from the mailroom up, so skill acquisition has been slow and dogged (first step was call Dell to order computer).

It would be TOTALLY COOL if we can speed up our learning curve by working together.
It would be TOTALLY COOL if the right lessons and teachers emerge to instruct us along the way.
It would be TOTALLY COOL if we manage to learn this craft.
It would be TOTALLY COOL if our undertaking reaps benefits for charitable projects.
It would be TOTALLY COOL if the sister-in-law learns of our success, and lets me back in her hours through the kitchen door.  Haha!  I’m joking… she loves me– I think!

What is your goal?

I want to be making $1,000,000.00 in income within two years from my websites and my real estate business.

Why are you taking this challenge?

My path in life has taken many different turns. In my early twenty’s I owned my own retail business and lived live to the highest degree and without any worries. That all changed in my mid thirties as we closed that business. As I changed careers one of my children faced many health challenges we were helped financially and spiritually by many different people and organizations. I have never forgotten that and have always wanted to give back. When I first heard of the beta group, I felt this was my chance to help people.

What strategies do you have to hit your goal?

I am starting my own website which I believe will be the catalyst for my success. I am in business with my son with an internet marketing business and I also have a real estate business. My game plan is to build the web site to teach and help people with finances and developing successful mindsets.

What would happen in the next two years that would exceed all of your expectations?

I totally believe I am going to achieve my goal of making $1,000,000.00. To do this within two years would probably exceed my expectations. I would love to be able to show my family and others how to achieve this same goal. My hope is that I can make a difference in the lives of children throughout the world.

What is your goal?

My goal is to create a passive income stream using my consulting business as a platform. Consulting is typically a one-on-one activity that limits the number of businesses & entrepreneurs I can help, due to the limitations on my time.

What if I could develop a way to help thousands, maybe tens of thousands, of people per year achieve amazing results in their businesses? Would that have a positive impact on the world? Yeah, I think so. Would that be worth pursuing? Yeah, it is!

Why are you taking this challenge?

It is easy to give oneself a silent goal; there are no accountability issues with that scenario. But when you get serious, you make it public. When you make it public, well, the accountability becomes a focal point that spurs you past many hurdles and obstacles that might otherwise prove daunting. You also learn that there are supporters along your path. I believe that support elevates consciousness, and elevated consciousness is a monumental force in the achievement of Great Things!

What strategies do you have to hit your goal?

First and foremost, I am collaborating with people who know more than I do. (Hey, I don’t have to reinvent the wheel here!) Their guidance is leading me to gain exposure in cyberspace to increase credibility and visibility. Concurrently, I am transforming my knowledge into applicable “sound bites”, which will be packaged for 24/7 access on the internet.

What would happen in the next two years that would exceed all of your expectations?

Making knowledge available to thousands upon thousands of people is one thing. If thousands of people take the knowledge I give them and apply it to their businesses, personal lives and any project or activity they engage in, then we are going to see a massive tidal wave of incredible change and innovation, as thousands of people accomplish phenomenal results through their businesses, organizations & communities! In addition to helping so many people achieve their goals, I will have created a dynamic cash-flowing business that allows me to grow my net worth independently from my business!

What is your goal?

I want to add net worth of $1 million in 2 years or less, using under-utilized business assets.

Why are you taking this challenge?

In 2007, I lost a revenue stream when a business partnership fell apart.  It got me thinking – what do I currently have that could generate more profit.  And then I thought about all of my clients through the years who have had incredible knowledge, abilities, assets and systems that they just weren’t using.  Instead of trying to tell my clients who made a million dollars+ per year to go learn how to invest in real estate (and then seeing them enroll in time intensive “no money down” programs), I wanted to show them they could take their business and create multiple sources of passive income.  They didn’t have to waste hours learning how to buy something with no money , when the issue wasn’t lack of money, it was lack of TIME. 

I’d done it myself with TaxLoopholes, but it took me 7 years to get to this level.  Now I want to do it in 2 years or less.  And I want to take along my friends with me this time.

What strategies do you have to hit your goal?

I want to do it all with websites.  I’m tentatively starting with 25 websites/landing pages to go along with better marketing to my database and through search engines.  I will develop some new information products (on tax, accounting, finance and wealth-building) to better address needs of niche markets.

What would happen in the next two years that would exceed all of your expectations?

I fully expect to make the goal of a million dollars, so the “above and beyond expectations” part for me would be if we are able to create a supportive community that changes how highly skilled business owners and professionals view the way they work.  I want to help thousands of professional discover how to highly leverage their business assets to create more money and in the process, create a lot more time so they can make a real difference in their life, the lives of their family and in their community.

I want to build a business of $500k+ in annual revenue through a network of websites and my web development company. All this, in two years or less of course!

Why are you taking this challenge?

First, because I want to be in a position where I’m able to give back, to improve the world I live in. Being from LatAm (Latin America) I’ve seen what poverty can do to society and I feel the need to help.

Second and equally important, because I think this is a unique learning experience and a great opportunity to grow financially.

What strategies do you have to hit your goal?

The current economic situation in Argentina makes labor force very affordable for the US. As of now, LatAmConnect is the only web development company from Argentina targeting small businesses, not to mention that a pretty hard entry barrier makes the timing perfect to reach the market.

I plan to improve the current systems at LatAmConnect to provide customers with the best service they could imagine, not just developing websites but guiding them through the whole process, thus leveraging worth of mouth publicity and revenue. I also plan to do a monthly teleseminar where I will teach about SEO, Internet Marketing and different ways to monetize websites among other topics. There’s a lot said about all this, I know that, but this information never has the average user in mind!

What would happen in the next two years that would exceed all of your expectations?

I think that my goal is very doable so although that would be awesome it would certainly not “exceed” my expectations. What would exceed them would be to be able to create steady streams of passive income from my business.

What is your goal?

To successfully transform my existing small business into a medium to large operation that functions independently from me. To have the time and energy to pursue some additional business ideas I’ve had kicking around. In total, I want to take the sum of what’s in my head, plus my experience, and transform it into a $1m+ business in two years or less.

Why are you taking this challenge?

To grow, personally, professionally, and financially. The money factor is important – I like money and even if I miss by half I’ll still be thrilled. But I also want to truly get comfortable with the big picture … that there’s lots of money in the world and I don’t need to think small or hang onto everything with both hands. I want to show my son and my family the big picture, and demonstrate that, regardless of where you start, the opportunity to succeed exists. And once I’m there, I want to show other people how to get there, too.

What strategies do you have to hit your goal?

Through my relationship with Diane and the B-I team, I have the privilege of being at the table for amazing ideas and plans that I can adapt to work in my own business. I’ve just entered into a couple of strategic relationships that dramatically increase the products we can offer to our clients. If part of the reason “big box” stores succeed is by giving people easy access to satisfy many needs at once, then I want to recreate that in my business. I see the Internet as crucial here – by tailoring services to specific groups in a way that appeals to each group’s wants and needs.

What would happen in the next two years that would exceed all of your expectations?

Good question! Certainly meeting my goal would be absolutely fantastic. I think what would be equally meaningful is seeing others aim high and hit their targets square on, especially if I knew I’d helped somehow. Oh, and I’d love to buy my husband a fully-restored, powder-blue, stock 1970 El Camino for his 40th birthday. But don’t tell him. I want it to be a surprise!

What is your goal?

I want to raise $200,000 in the next 2 years to build a dormitory and recreational facility in Juarez, Mexico. 

Why are you taking this challenge?

By age 13, I had gone through a failed adoption and lived in 6 orphanages. Some of the orphanages were okay, but most were very bad.  I was adopted and came to the US at age 14. I never want to forget where I come from and what it is like to be an orphan in Mexico.

That’s why I started Thunder Mission, a 501 ( c) (3), when I was 16. I started off talking to groups at local Phoenix high schools and before I knew it, I had dozens of people who wanted to come on trips to a Juarez orphanage. The teens got to experience life outside their own neighborhood and the kids in Mexico had a cool teen to look up to. They created friendships and learned about each other. 

Our groups grew, but we had to limit how many teens could come and how often we could come.  That’s because it’s hard to find safe, inexpensive places to stay in Juarez. We could stay across the border in El Paso, TX but that would mean taking 4 hours or more out of every day to cross and the kids would lose a lot of the interaction. Other groups like Habitat for Humanity and church missions have the same problem – no place to stay.

That’s when I made it my goal to buy a piece of property and build a dormitory and recreation area. My dream is to have a couple that watches the property and rents it out at a very reasonable price for groups when they are down in Juarez doing charitable work. There would be a recreation space with grass, trees, a pool and a basketball court.  That would be for the inner city orphanages (there are over 200) that have kids that can never go outside because the neighborhoods are so bad. They could camp and play outside once in a while.

So, that’s why I want to raise $200,000 in the next two years. I want to build a facility so the kids can expand their horizons beyond where they currently are.

What strategies do you have to hit your goal?

I am networking with successful businesses to get them involved in the project. I want to promote my ideas to people who are more powerful than I am. 

What would happen in the next two years that would exceed all of your expectations?

My dream would be to raise $1 million so that we can expand what we do with the building. It will be a better facility with more options. I want to add a school and training area so that the orphans have a chance at a future that is more than just working in a factory for $1 a day.
